Welcome to the Parish of St Stephen’s, Lindley. We’re a large parish serving a wide area including

Lindley, Oakes, Salendine Nook, Quarmby and parts of Marsh, Edgerton and Birchencliffe.

This is a vibrant and diverse area and we hope to be a vibrant and inclusive church with a welcome for

all. St Stephen’s is a place for regular Sunday worship, for festivals and celebrations and for the

important moments in life when we need to act and speak our need for and search for God. We also offer

our Community Rooms for hire for parties and events and for regular use by community groups.

We seek to be a Church where prayer is real and God is found – where people are equipped to go out into

their communities and their world to find and share God with everyone.

Our main worship is currently the Eucharist at 10am every Sunday with liturgy well offered and an

excellent musical tradition – we cater for every age with a vibrant Junior Church.

Coffee after the service is a must for fellowship and ‘getting to know you’. Please explore the site for
